Leaving the New Aurelia at the DONORATICO Exit, cross the roundabout, keep to the right, towards Castagneto Carducci. After 200 metres, at the crossroads, take the ancient Via Aurelia, southwards (Grosseto/Rome).
Cross Donoratico village. At the end of Donoratico, turn to the left on the "Via delle Pievi".

Beware! Never leave this road, and just ignore by-streets.

After 100 metres, you will reach a crossroads with traffic-lights, go on. After 600 metres, the road turns to the right (keep to the right); after 350 metres, cross a crossroads, just going straight on. After 300 metres, the road turns to the left: just keep to the left.

Keep following the same road for 700 metres, until you will reach another crossroads: on the right, you will see a Cypress tree, and on the left a wooden sign-board with the indication "Casa al Piano Agriturismo".
Turn to the left, on the gravel paph: after 150 metres you will arrive.
