It is an old tied cottage, dating back to
1698, which has belonged to our family for
nearly two centuries.
Surrounded
by green fields along the Mill Moat and by a large garden,
it is located in the farm "Casa al Piano", which
forms the main part of the estate. It is a peaceful position
among our olive groves and , vineyards.
The
“I Mulini” apartment, 90 sq
m, is on the first floor of the traditional Tuscan
country house (casa colonica) called Casa al Piano and is
composed of: cooking area, living room,
double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower.
In price list swimming pool, table and chairs to eat at open air and garden grill, are included.

Inclusive of swimming pool (12x8x1.1m.), open from 08/05/2010 to 16/10/2010 weather permitting.
Additional bed and cot are free but must be requested on booking.
Heating/air conditioning 0.40 Euro / Kw hour.
Linen 12 euros per person per week.
Animals allowed on request, 30 euros a week.
Deposit 150 euros (given back to leaving if there are no damage).
To booking telephon or mail us with apartment requested, number of people, week. If your booking is accepted you will be asked to pay a deposit of 30%.
Arrival Saturday from 4 pm to 8 pm; departure Saturday by 10 am.
